Before you start
Does the proposal cost anything?
No. We build your website and show it to you with no commitment. You only pay the setup if you decide to go ahead.
How long until my website is ready?
One week from when you tell us about your business and choose a proposal. We stay in touch during that time so it turns out the way you want.
Do I need a domain?
Not to get started: your website works from day one on one of our addresses. When you have your domain (or if you already do) we help you connect it.
Your website and dashboard
Can I change things myself?
Yes. Services, prices, hours, holidays, staff, texts and photos are all changed from your dashboard. For design changes, just tell us.
Can my clients cancel online?
You decide: they can cancel directly from the email link, or send you a request for you to approve.
What notifications do my clients get?
A confirmation email when they book and a reminder before the appointment, included in the price. WhatsApp messages are not included.
Does it work with several locations or professionals?
Yes. Each professional has their own hours and services, and each location its own address, phone and hours.
Payments
How do I pay?
The setup (or the yearly plan) when you accept the proposal: by card or bank transfer. The monthly fee by direct debit or card. Always with a VAT invoice.
Is there a minimum term?
Not on the monthly plan: you can cancel whenever you like. The yearly plan is paid upfront and covers the twelve months.
